Sailing Card For The Clipper Ship Storm King, Coleman's California Line, San Francisco to Australia, (1860).


This card reads, Coleman's CaliforniaLine, for San Francisco, sailing regularly asadvertised clipper of Saturday, March 17th.

The magnificent extreme clipper ship Storm King Callaghan,commander, is now rapidly loading at pier 15 EastRiver. This celebrated vessel is well known to thetrade as an ex treme clipper, and her uniform rapidpassages and excellent delivery of cargo, render herat once the popular ship of the port, and insures herprompt dispatch, as above.

This card reads, Sutton & Co.'s Dispatch Line for SanFrancisco.

112, 177, 120 days' passage. Small popularship. The first class New-York built clipper shipPanama Soule, master, is receiving her cargo at pier26 E.[ast] R.[iver], and will have our usual promptdispatch. The panama is one of the finest and mostelegantly finished ships in the California and Chinatrade; She has made the above short passages, anddelivers her cargoes in the most perfect order.

Being of small capacity she will finish loading in a fewdays. Sutton & Co., 58 South St., Cor. Wall. the shipsof this line insure at the lowest rates, anddispatched quicker than any other from New-York to SanFrancisco.

This card reads, Henry W.Peabody & Co Australian line for Melbourne. Carrying the U.S. mails. Loading at regular berth, T wharf, to succeed Barque `Polly Lewis', with despatch, the magnificent new, A1 clipper barque, Etta Loring, 719 tons register. John Loring, commander. Of best Massachusetts build and the highest class, French Lloyds, 3,3, A1,1, for eleven years.

Shippers will please forward their engagements pro mptly and before October 20. For freight or cabin passage apply to Henry W.
